magical migration

well, some good adventures at last.

i just realized this morning that in the process of burning out all my bank cards, i had left my CIBC card in the ATM in Thamel. After a frantic morning of searching all pockets, bags, conceived contingency plans (how the f$%^k do you get a replacement bank card sent out to Nepal?) and after finally going to the crime scene and seeing no "FOUND CARD" signs, i wandered down to the nearest Nabil Bank Branch.

fortunately, some of them knew me since i set up an account there and somehow, wonderfully, magically, my wee card had migrated from the ATM in Thamel to the third floor of the Nabil Bank, just waiting for me to pick it up.

yay!

and then, my first piece of mail was waiting for me at the VSO office. Thanks Mercer!
